Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patients' requirements and create personalized therapy approaches to help achieve their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-supported practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Multifaceted Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive and integrative care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Coach patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to encourage continual advancement at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatments appropriately, ensuring patients remain on their recovery paths

Education

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Continuing education opportunities and additional certifications are encouraged and available

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
