Director Drug Development Program Management (Internal Medicine)

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Director of Development Program Management role providing operational leadership across pharmaceutical development programs from preclinical through commercialization. The position requires driving cross-functional teams, strategic planning, and portfolio oversight while mentoring junior staff and influencing organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner with Global Program Head to lead strategic program teams and governance meetings
Develop and align annual program goals with strategy and corporate objectives
Monitor progress against goals and report program status to senior management
Identify risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation and resolution plans
Coach and mentor junior colleagues while managing direct reports

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum
12+ years project or program management experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong presentation and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and SharePoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Conflict resolution and team leadership expertise
