Senior Director, Development Program Management- Oncology

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and lead team of early-career program managers with focus on talent development
• Lead and advance program manager talent from manager to associate-director level roles
• Partner with Global Program Head to execute development programs from preclinical through lifecycle management
• Develop comprehensive integrated plans with timelines and budgets aligned to company goals
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in project management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of project/program management experience, preferably pharmaceutical industry
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end drug development process and R&D project management
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong presentation and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with exceptional organizational skills
• Talent for resolving conflicts with tact, diplomacy, and composure
