Director Drug Development Program Management (Immunology)

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

This director-level role leads program management across pharmaceutical development initiatives, overseeing cross-functional teams from preclinical through commercialization. The position requires strategic planning expertise, operational leadership, and mentoring capabilities to drive program execution and organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner with Global Program Head to lead strategic program teams and governance meetings
Develop integrated program plans including goals, budgets, timelines, and monitor execution
Anticipate risks and drive development of mitigation strategies and issue resolution
Coach and mentor junior colleagues and manage direct reports
Monitor progress against program goals and report to senior leadership

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum
12+ years of project/program management experience, preferably pharma
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong presentation and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity
