Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and formulate individualized therapy approaches to help them reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and ability to perform daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families about therapy strategies to ensure continued progress beyond our walls.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Commitment to further education or additional certifications is encouraged and supported.

Licensure

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.
• NBCOT certification is a must.
