Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal observation.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific impairments, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
• Regularly assess and monitor patient progress during treatment sessions and adapt plans based on individual response to therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve recovery, prevent reinjury, and promote overall well-being.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights that contribute to continuous improvement of our rehabilitation processes.
• Adhere to California licensing standards, ensuring all practices align with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A valid and active California Physical Therapist License or eligibility for licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
