Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of payroll data and payroll novelties Review and validate payroll information before processing deadlines Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and independent contractors Prepare and submit union payroll information to external providers Maintain payroll documentation in accordance with legal and tax regulations Identify and elevate payroll discrepancies and compliance risks Prepare payroll-related reports for Finance, Accounting, and FP&A Respond to payroll inquiries from staff and contractors Support audits by providing necessary payroll records and reports Requirements Experience in payroll administration, payroll analysis, accounting, or finance Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills Experience with payroll software and HR systems Advanced English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading) Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to handle confidential information professionally Preferred Qualifications Experience with Deel Experience with Amplify Benefits Work from anywhere flexibility No Policy PTO (flexible paid time off) Wellness and culture allowances Continuous learning programs Work equipment and tech/office allowances Monthly internet allowance About the Company ENG is a BIM company specializing in hands-on, field-focused BIM services, providing MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, and Laser Scanning to architects, engineers, and owners. #J-18808-Ljbffr eng BIM Company LLC
