Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Michigan SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong collaborative communication skills
• Proficient in conducting evaluations, developing and implementing IEPs, and maintaining documentation
• A commitment to fostering student progress in a dynamic team environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students within the caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support to students in accordance with educational goals
• Partner closely with classroom teachers, school staff, and families to promote student communication skills
• Maintain accurate records and document services in a timely, compliant manner
• Proactively participate in team meetings, interventions, and professional development to ensure best practices
