Business Development Manager

Join Us as a Business Development Manager Young10 Marketing is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to generate opportunities, build client relationships, and expand demand for our digital marketing services. Your Role and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets. Connect with prospects through email, LinkedIn, calls, and online platforms. Understand client goals and recommend suitable digital marketing services. Present SEO, PPC, web development, social media, and automation solutions. Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and service agreements. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospects and existing clients. Track leads, sales activity, and revenue opportunities through CRM software. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and online business services. Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Confidence in dealing with international and US-based business owners. Ability to identify client challenges and recommend suitable services. Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM systems, and sales tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
