• Maintain precise and timely documentation by recording clinical notes and progress reports according to the policies of Hollow Haven Counselling.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, adapting to the evolving needs of clients based on psychosocial assessments.

• Engage with clients’ families and support systems to facilitate understanding of treatment pathways and effective discharge planning.
\n
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that directly address patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions to counsel patients, evaluate their progress, and make necessary adjustments to their treatment strategies.

• Perform ongoing assessments of patient progress, providing insights and recommendations for future treatment direction based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential within the state of Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong grasp of therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Proficient in using computer software for documentation and communication, including word processing, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records systems.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively while maintaining a high standard of care.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods for mental health disorders and family therapy.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly in virtual settings.
