Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing trusting relationships that promote therapeutic engagement and adherence to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress, discuss stability, set upcoming appointments, and determine ready discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs, ensuring a person-centered approach to care.

• Maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance and effective case management.

• Perform detailed intake assessments to formulate initial treatment strategies and identify potential barriers to care.

• Participate in regular supervision for professional development and case review.

You will be working with a diverse client population that includes children, families, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid, unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience providing clinical care in an outpatient setting is mandatory.

• Proficiency in utilizing computers for documentation and communication purposes is necessary.

• Experience in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.
