Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring assessment processes are thorough and reflective of individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored specifically to individual, couple, or family dynamics.

• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive treatment options and ensure holistic client care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors primarily work with a diverse population, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance abuse challenges. The outpatient setting allows counselors to engage clients through scheduled appointments, providing focused support in a comfortable and accessible manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
