Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses to formulate tailored treatment plans that address clients' emotional and behavioral issues.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop strategies to help clients navigate acute emotional disturbances, equipping them with coping mechanisms.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients’ support systems (family and caregivers) to enhance treatment effectiveness and facilitate discharge planning when necessary.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, sharing insights regarding patient progress and any emerging concerns.

• Document all client interactions and clinical notes meticulously, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental policies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary health care team to ensure that treatment plans are effective and based on psychosocial assessments made during intake.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
