Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans that incorporate a range of evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• An active professional license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
