Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily serve patients with co-occurring mental health conditions alongside chronic medical issues, such as chronic pain syndromes, autoimmune disorders, and substance use challenges. You will also support those coping with the psychological impact of modern healthcare complexities, striving to promote their mental well-being amidst these challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health issues in patients with concurrent medical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
