Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Rockbridge, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships, while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address challenges, and plan for potential discharge.

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintaining up-to-date documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and clinical standards.

• Performing initial intake assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and treatment interventions required for each client.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based counseling techniques to foster personal development and emotional healing.

• Participating in individual supervision and peer collaboration, to reflect on practice, receive feedback, and enhance personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of youth and their families, who may experience a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Possession of a current and valid LPC license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
