You will also have the resources of our outpatient office at your disposal for any necessary in-person meetings or interventions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify clients' mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific requirements.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions that are evidence-based and focused on trauma-informed practices.

• Document clinical and progress notes accurately and within the timelines established by departmental policies to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention by employing appropriate therapeutic techniques during times of acute distress.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers to relay patient progress and address any emerging concerns.

• Coordinate with family members or support systems to aid in client discharge planning and ongoing treatment.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from those experiencing common emotional and behavioral challenges to individuals dealing with complex trauma histories. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Aminimum of three years of full-time experience delivering mental health services in a clinical setting is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a high level of organizational skills, ensuring that all client records are managed efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While three years of experience is required, candidates with advanced therapeutic techniques and certifications in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or family therapy are highly desirable. Experience working in a remote counseling setting is a plus but not mandatory.
