Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Provide culturally competent therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a supportive and judgment-free environment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and records, adhering to legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to stay updated with advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center primarily serves individuals and families facing mental health challenges, particularly those with limited access to traditional mental health care. This includes clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical setting where you have engaged directly with various patient populations.
