Head of Finance & Growth for SaaS Startup
Gradi, Inc.
Gradi, Inc. is seeking a Head of Finance to establish and lead financial operations for a fast-growing startup. You will build scalable systems, optimize revenue models, and guide strategy from the ground up, with a focus on GAAP compliance and fundraising preparation.
The role requires a CPA license and an MBA, 5–10 years in finance, and a strong grasp of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn). You will partner with leadership to drive profitability and long-term value creation.
