Kitchen Manager Dash In Position at Dash In Location: Graham, NC Pay: $54,000 $67,500 annually + up to 10% annual bonus Pay Type: Salaried | Benefits Eligible Schedule: Flexible, includes days, evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed As a Kitchen Manager, you'll lead the back-of-house foodservice operation inside one of our stores, building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional food quality, and driving results that directly impact the business. Drive sales, food quality, and speed of service. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. Own back-of-house performance including labor and operational efficiency. Support hiring, training, and coaching of team members. Act as General Manager when needed. What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in food service, retail, or operations. 2+ years of leadership experience. Strong food operations and inventory management knowledge. Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call support.
