GTM Associate

We are working with a high-growth AI startup operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence and financial services, looking to expand its Go-to-Market (GTM) team. As a GTM Associate, you will work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive new business opportunities, support strategic client engagements, and contribute to the company's commercial growth. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, complex enterprise sales cycles, and innovative AI products, with opportunities for progression into Account Executive, commercial strategy, or product-focused positions. Key Responsibilities Support enterprise sales teams throughout the deal cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, and client evaluations. Develop a deep understanding of the company's AI platform, its applications within financial services, and the broader competitive landscape. Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outbound initiatives and targeted market research. Collaborate with Account Executives and senior leadership to develop account strategies and drive commercial opportunities. Build relationships with senior decision-makers across banks, investment firms, asset managers, and other financial institutions. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support client engagement and business growth. Contribute to the development and improvement of GTM strategies, processes, and sales playbooks. Requirements 2–4 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, asset management, private equity, fintech, SaaS sales, business development, or another relevant client-facing environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. Commercial awareness and an interest in enterprise sales, technology, and financial services. Ability to quickly understand complex products and communicate their value to prospective clients. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Ambition to develop a long-term career in GTM, enterprise sales, or commercial strategy.
