The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations at a quick-service restaurant, leading a team of 10–25 employees while driving guest satisfaction, labor efficiency, and sales growth. This role offers an advancement path toward promotion to General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily quick-service restaurant operations.
- Create and maintain staff schedules to support labor efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10–25 employees.
- Build positive guest relationships and resolve service concerns.
- Monitor inventory control and operational needs.
- Support sales growth while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with restaurant operations and labor scheduling.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
