Team Lead Sales

DJUST Player-Coach Role

To support the development of DJUST, we are creating a hybrid and strategic position. We are looking for a true leader on the ground, deeply rooted in action and capable of leading by example. Your daily routine will be divided into two key missions: closing your own B2B opportunities (on sales cycles between 10k and 50k) while mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of Sales.

Your Missions

1. Individual Sales & Closing (50%)

• Manage a complete sales cycle from start to finish (lead generation, qualification, demo, negotiation, closing) on deals ranging from 10k to 50k.
• Master and optimize complex sales cycles, especially on SaaS Freemium conversion models.
• Be the guarantor of your own pipeline and reach, or exceed, your individual quota.
• Embody commercial excellence with prospects and serve as a model for the team.

2. Team Management & Coaching (50%)

• Manage, accompany, and grow a team of Account Executives on a daily basis.
• Organize regular coaching sessions (listening to calls, reviewing pipelines, helping with complex deals negotiation).
• Follow the team's KPIs, analyze performances, and implement action plans to ensure the achievement of collective objectives.

Profile We Are Looking For

Your Profile

• You have a decade of experience in B2B sales, with strong expertise in the SaaS or software ecosystem.
• You have concrete and successful experience in selling a SaaS Freemium product (upsell strategy, conversion from free to paid, expansion).
• You are used to managing sales cycles and closing deals with a value between 10,000 and 50,000 .
• You have already had successful first experience in management or as a Lead/Mentor, and you are willing to invest in the development of your collaborators.
• You are a "Doer": you like to get your hands dirty, you are not afraid of cold calling, and you know how to show the way.
• Excellent communication, natural leadership, and a team spirit are indispensable.
