Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client, ensuring that their individual needs are met.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, in your sessions with individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation processes.

• Collaborate effectively with a team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and ongoing education to remain informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is mandatory.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience, ideally within a clinical context.
