As a Logistics Coordinator, you-ll manage day-to-day transportation activities to ensure products are delivered on time, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily shipments, including carrier assignment and load tracking
Communicate shipment details and updates to internal teams and carriers
Maintain accurate data in ERP/TMS systems
Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and Operations to support on-time delivery
Monitor freight rates and support carrier compliance
Resolve routine transportation issues and escalate when needed
Support cost control efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Bachelor-s degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience
Knowledge of freight operations and transportation processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/TMS experience (JDE/Oracle preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel up to 5-10%
