Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1970 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local&travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health&Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health&Services.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant specialty experience within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience:- At least one prior travel contract is required.

Required Credentials:- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:- RTO must be listed at time of submission.- All positions at Providence Health&Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.- You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:- Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift&Scheduling:- Every other weekend.- Call required if needed due to low census.

Floating Requirements:- Float to other acute care departments within the hospital, including up to 6 other acute care units.
