Technical Services Analyst I

Our successful candidate will have a history of customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication ability, a high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the knowledge and ability to solve technical challenges in a fast‑paced environment! Responsibilities and Duties: Complete the installation, calibration and testing of IT equipment and peripherals. Monitor systems operations to detect potential problems. Perform basic system and software integration and hardware troubleshooting. Support technical dress rehearsals efforts for IT projects. Use the system operating system (Windows 7 and up) to perform basics such as adding and removing users. Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operation. Deliver service that creates positive, memorable experiences for end‑users. Requirements and Qualifications: Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills Hands‑on technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies. Background in desktop support with input and output devices and process experience Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software. Understanding network infrastructure and software applications is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail‑oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask. 3+ years' experience with a B2B service provider is a plus. Professional certification. ITF+, A+, N+, S+, ITIL Foundation is a plus. Prerequisite Company will not be providing a company vehicle.
