As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will deliver care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will oversee the clinical activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

• Completion of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Active and valid nursing license in the applicable state, with a requirement to maintain good standing throughout employment
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment

• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations
• Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
