- Active Colorado LCSW or LPC license
- 2+ years experience in addiction or co-occurring disorders (preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Flexible with schedule weekend availability preferred
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy across levels of care
- Develop and maintain treatment plans and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with care team on case reviews and ongoing treatment planning
- Offer psychoeducation and family support sessions
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Location: Carbondale, CO Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday (Weekend availability preferred) License Required: LCSW or LPC (Colorado) Pay: $70,000 - $95,000 per year Apply Today!
