As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions. You will provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will oversee the clinical activities of CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

• Completion of a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an obligation to maintain an active license in good standing throughout your employment.
• Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.

• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients.
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively.
• Communicate and collaborate efficiently within an interdisciplinary team.
