As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective communication and interaction. Your role will focus on ensuring that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial health, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. You will also monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions and will be expected to assign tasks, guide, and supervise CNAs on a daily basis.

• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Active licensure in the relevant state, maintaining a valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license throughout your employment.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.

• Make independent decisions when necessary.
• Deliver competent and knowledgeable nursing care to patients.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients.
