About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Finance, IT & Procurement to lead the financial strategy behind affordable housing and community impact. This executive will be responsible for enterprise financial operations, technology strategy, compliance, procurement, and long-term capital planning. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 8 years' financial leadership experience, and a strong background in HUD programs, public housing finance, and mixed-finance transactions. Key responsibilities include leading all financial operations in compliance with regulations, overseeing audits, and ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports. The role also involves leading technology and procurement initiatives, representing the organization with various stakeholders, and supporting transformational housing and community development. Candidates for this role at the company should be strategic and operational finance leaders with the ability to balance executive-level planning with technical expertise in public sector finance and nonprofit accounting. The position requires a leader who can modernize enterprise systems, oversee procurement practices, and support the organization's mission of providing affordable housing and fostering community development. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is strongly preferred, as is experience with financial and property management systems.
