Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current ESA certification required
• Valid Washington OT license required
• Successful fingerprinting through OSPI
• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience preferred
• Flexibility to work with varying grade bands as assigned
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in a dynamic school environment
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support students’ academic and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Adapt interventions to support students’ participation across classroom and school settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and advocating for students
