As a Certified Respiratory Therapist, you'll play an essential role in delivering safe, competent respiratory care across specialty areas, from emergency interventions to neonatal, pediatric, geriatric, and critical care. Qualifications:

• Graduate of a COARC-accredited Respiratory Care Program, CRT credential required.
• BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
• NRP certification (or obtain within 6 months of hire).
• At least one year of hospital respiratory therapy experience.
• Background check, drug screen, and employee health clearance required.
• Pulmonary and cardiac diagnostics experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and document all respiratory care per physician orders and department protocol.
• Manage and monitor ventilator patients; perform arterial blood gas draws.
• Proficiently use respiratory care equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Assist with training and orientation of new staff and students.
• Collaborate in ongoing quality improvement and compliance activities.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in departmental meetings and mandatory trainings.
