Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of a COARC approved Respiratory Care Program with the Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Credential according to guidelines set forth by the NBRC.
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
- NRP certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
- At least one year respiratory experience in a hospital setting.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care procedures as outlined in the department policy and procedure manual.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all respiratory care procedures.
- Monitor mechanical ventilation and administer medications as prescribed.
- Perform effective airway management and assist with intubation when necessary.
- Conduct patient assessments and recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must complete employee health meeting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Adhere to dress code policies.
