Position Summary
The Architectural Woodwork Specialist is responsible for supporting the fabrication, coordination, and execution of custom architectural woodwork projects from concept through installation. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across shop, field, and project teams. Candidates with 3-5 years of industry experience will find opportunities for growth, responsibility, and hands-on involvement in complex custom projects.

Key Responsibilities Fabrication & Technical Work
- Fabricate custom millwork and architectural wood components according to shop drawings and specifications
- Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material schedules
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets design intent and company standards
