Specific activities may change from time to time.Provides leadership to direct and oversee the scoping, planning and implementation of technology initiativesPartners closely with technology leaders, business leaders and subject matter experts to develop project execution strategies, plans and timelinesDefines, develops and implements an effective project operating model and governance framework to drive consistency of deliveryBuilds relationships and collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitmentsProactively monitors and addresses any risks or issues that could compromise on-time delivery, escalating as needed to minimize impactsFacilitates and leads project meetings to solicit and provide status updates to key stakeholders, technology and business leadershipCreates, executes and monitors project communication, quality and change management strategiesManages project deadlines, budgets, delivery and acceptance of required deliverables ensuring high qualityAdheres to client project management and technology delivery lifecycle processes, standards and guidelinesRequired Skills:Project Management experience in a technology environmentExperience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologiesProven track record of excellent project delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environmentPartnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform and influence outcomesDesire and ability to develop project deliverables with the ability to coach and develop high-performing project teamsExecutive level verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate technical jargon into simplified and concise communicationsExecutive presence: highly articulate and demonstrates Ability to travel to client locations (20-40%) as needed for key meetings and implementation eventsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience3+ years of Project Management experience in a technology environment3+ years of project delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment3+ years of experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologiesPreferred Qualifications:Prior technology or business consulting experienceExperience delivering project in the Banking and Financial Services IndustryDemonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, and needsExperience implementing initiatives within a multi-vendor, matrixed organizationStrong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project)Strong grasp of project management and technology development lifecycleMustresidein the USWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $93,816.00-$130,300.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
