Staff Accountant

Staff/Senior Accountant (Contract) – AR Cleanup Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant to support an Accounts Receivable cleanup project. This individual will help research and resolve aged receivables, reconcile account balances, improve data accuracy, and support ongoing accounting operations. Responsibilities Reconcile AR balances and resolve outstanding items Research payment discrepancies and unapplied cash Clean up customer account records Support accounting projects and month‑end activities Identify process improvements within AR operations Maintain accurate records in NetSuite Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience Strong Accounts Receivable background NetSuite experience preferred Advanced Excel skills Strong reconciliation and analytical abilities Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated Ideal candidates will have experience supporting accounting cleanup projects and thrive in fast‑paced environments requiring strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
