Account Health Specialist
A growing eCommerce business is looking for a detail-driven Account Health & Compliance Specialist to protect and maintain the health of its Amazon seller accounts while supporting bookkeeping, HR, and administrative operations. You'll be the go-to person for resolving violations, managing compliance, and keeping the account running smoothly with plenty of room to use AI tools like ChatGPT to work smarter and solve problems independently.
Amazon Account Health
- Monitor Amazon Account Health dashboards daily
- Resolve IP complaints, policy violations, authenticity claims, and listing issues
- Prepare and submit Plans of Action (POAs) when necessary
- Research Amazon policies and implement corrective actions
- Obtain brand and category approvals, and coordinate Brand Registry requests
- Work with manufacturers to obtain required documents (SDS, certificates, letters of authorization, testing reports)
- Escalate unresolved issues to Amazon and recommend process improvements
Compliance & Brand Management
- Assist with trademark-related documentation and renewals
- Coordinate compliance requirements for new product launches, including French labeling for Canada
- Track approvals and maintain organized compliance files across marketplaces
Administrative, Bookkeeping & HR Support
- Support the Bookkeeper/HR Manager with administrative tasks, document scanning, and filing
- Sort and distribute mail, order office supplies, and handle business calls
- Assist with document collection for bookkeeping review and maintaining employee/HR files
Qualifications
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software and proficient with ChatGPT/AI tools for research and problem-solving
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills preferred
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central preferred but can be taught
