Description - Your Impact

• Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests across disciplines including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, respecting established protocols.
• Verify test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance procedures on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and ensure samples are properly prepared for testing as required.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of all laboratory protocols, provide training to new personnel, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe working environment in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification at all times during employment.
