Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct both fundamental and advanced clinical lab tests-covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, following detailed protocols.
• Ensure the reliability of results through diligent analysis, root cause troubleshooting, and conducting preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prep samples for testing when needed.
• Carefully document procedures, assist in training new team members or interns, and uphold quality standards within the lab.
• Promote a clean, secure working environment while complying with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain certification throughout your tenure.
