Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, resolve errors, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen acquisition and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation, facilitate training for new staff or students, and help uphold stringent lab quality standards.
• Ensure a sanitized and safe workspace while following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health discipline with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certification Needs

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
