Director, Value and Risk Advisory

Overview Director – Multifamily Value and Risk Advisory. We are seeking an experienced Director to lead commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects. The role involves completing assignments from inception to client‑ready delivery, coaching analysts, and originating new work. Responsibilities Complete full reports to a client‑ready standard. Originate client work and partner with leadership to target opportunities. Spend 20–50% of time coaching analysts, senior analysts, and associates. Inspect most assignments personally and assist teammates with inspections. Attend at least one local commercial real estate event per year. Education Requirements Continue participation in JLLU for career path alignment and skill development. Master Argus competency (for national institutional team members). Skillset Requirements Master all Associate Director skillset requirements. Demonstrate mastery of complex concepts and assignments within chosen sector. Have full competency in core skills and beginner competency in project or account management skills. Licensing Requirements State‑certified general appraiser license. Maintain state licensing for specific geographic focus; pull temporary practice permits when required. Minimum one year holding CG license. Sign reports.
