Qualifications 8+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience. Strong payroll accounting knowledge. Experience with: Payroll journal entries General Ledger reconciliations SOX controls Strong federal and multi-state payroll tax knowledge. Experience processing: W-2 W-2c Experience using ADP SmartCompliance. High proficiency with: Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Excel Google Sheets G-Suite Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. High attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Federal and multi-state payroll tax expertise. W-2 and W-2c processing. Payroll SOX compliance. Basic Australia payroll knowledge including superannuation and third-party payroll preparation.
