Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is a non-exempt position responsible for assisting the Project Management team with billing and invoice coding for project managers.

Essential Tasks:

• Interface with Project Managers and accounting staff.
• Run Job Costing and Excel reports for Project Managers.
• Work with accounting on billing and invoice coding.
• Develop subcontractor relationships.
• Other duties as required.

• Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time.

Education and Experience

Any combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge and abilities listed qualifies.

• Experience in job costing and customer billing is a plus.
• Experience in Vista Trimble software is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Some knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles is helpful.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field is preferred.

Work Hours: The normal work hours for this position are Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm at the CK Contractors and Development, LLC office, located in Savannah, GA.
