Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential
• Background in developing and implementing IEPs
• Experience with students who have extensive support needs strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of differentiated instruction and behavioral management strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized lesson plans addressing diverse academic and social needs
• Assess, track, and document student progress per IEP guidelines
• Collaborate with related service providers, classroom staff, and families
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal regulations
• Create engaging, supportive, and adaptive classroom settings
