Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and current CTC Certification in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) is required (no other credentials will be considered)
• Demonstrated experience delivering individualized instruction to early childhood populations
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to foster a nurturing and engaging environment for young students
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet students’ evolving needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support for a caseload of early childhood special education students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with best practices
• Collaborate with general education staff, specialists, and families to ensure student success
• Employ evidence-based teaching strategies and data-driven interventions
• Document progress and maintain all necessary records accurately and timely
• Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and student outcomes
