Computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What You’ll Be Responsible For Scheduling new and existing client’s services. New client intake and referred to Director of Home & Community Based Services for contract signing and care plans. Assist with admitting new campus clients as need when Director of Home & Community Based Services is not available. Assist in maintaining client and caregiver files. Basic telephone and faxing skills needed with phone etiquette with an emphasis on customer service. Basic marketing skills a plus.
