FullCharge Bookkeeper

Job Description Job Description ** Location: ** Pembroke Pines, FL ** Job Type: ** Full-time, in-office ** Salary: ** $60,000 per year ** Experience Required: ** 5+ years We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Pembroke Pines, Florida. This position is responsible for independently managing the company’s daily bookkeeping and accounting activities while maintaining accurate, timely, and well-organized financial records. The ideal candidate has at least five years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple accounting responsibilities with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and daily accounting activities Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices, payments, deposits, and vendor transactions Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial accounts Prepare and post journal entries Monitor outstanding balances and cash flow Assist with payroll processing and payroll records Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports Maintain complete documentation for financial transactions Support budgeting, audits, tax preparation, and year-end closing Investigate and resolve financial discrepanciesCommunicate with vendors, banks, accountants, and leadership Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information Required Qualifications At least 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance Ability to manage bookkeeping responsibilities independentlyExcellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work full-time from our Pembroke Pines office Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Experience with payroll, audits, tax preparation, or financial reporting Experience developing or improving bookkeeping procedures and internal controls Compensation and Work Arrangement ** Salary: ** $60,000 per year ** Schedule: ** Full-time ** Location: ** Pembroke Pines, Florida ** Work arrangement: ** Fully in-office; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available #J-18808-Ljbffr
