Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team on-site in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a recent Accounting/Finance graduate or someone currently pursuing a master’s degree who is looking to grow their professional experience in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment. The Bookkeeper will support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and assist with reporting across multiple company entities. You will collaborate closely with our finance and operations teams to ensure smooth and accurate financial processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and manage internal documentation and data retention. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including entering invoices and coordinating payments. Prepare and post journal entries. Reconcile bank accounts and review transactions for accuracy. Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements. Maintain general ledger(s) and interest schedules for multiple companies. Assist with payroll functions, including wage calculations and processing payroll deductions. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal financial procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (current master’s students are encouraged to apply). 1–3 years of bookkeeping, accounting internship, or relevant experience (school projects or accounting-related internships count). Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience in advertising, marketing, or a creative agency is a plus—but not required.
